Organic Palm Blossom Sugar PGI
Palm Blossom sugar is 100% natural and unrefined. Derived from “Thnôt” sugar palm trees, it is cultivated in the Kampong Speu province where it is the only sugar in the world to obtain a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).
Palm flower sugar is obtained from the sap of sugar palm trees and is cultivated using ancestral agricultural practices. It is organic and requires very little water consumption.
It is an ideal alternative to white sugar due to its low glycemic index (LOW-GI) and offers nutritional benefits as it is rich in copper and a source of potassium.
