General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These sales conditions are entered into between DEÏ, a Simplified Single-Person Joint Stock Company with a share capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at 7 rue le Bouvier, 92340 Bourg-la-Reine, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under the number 848 057 329, hereinafter referred to as “DEÏ,” and managing the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com), and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com), hereinafter referred to as « the buyer ».
The purpose of these sales conditions is to define the contractual relationship between DEÏ and the buyer, as well as the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made through the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com). The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these sales conditions, of which the buyer acknowledges having been aware prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com) is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to enter into the present general sales conditions.
DEÏ retains the right to modify these sales conditions at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
The products offered are those that are displayed on the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com) by DEÏ, within the limits of available stock. DEÏ reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description that includes its main technical characteristics (volume, usage, storage conditions, recommended consumption date). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way. The sale of products presented on the DEÏ website (dei-finest.com) is intended for all buyers residing in Europe.
The prices displayed on the product pages of the website are in Euros (€) and inclusive of all taxes (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. DEÏ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while ensuring that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery fees, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products, based on the total amount of the order.
In mainland France, the shipping fees are 6 euros including taxes (TTC) for all orders made with COLISSIMO delivery, 14.9 euros including taxes (TTC) for all orders made with CHRONOPOST delivery, and shipping is free for all orders made with Click & Collect.
DEÏ offers the buyer the option to order and pay for products in multiple steps, using the following payment method:
Secure Credit Card Payment: The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” makes any necessary modifications (quantities, references, etc.), verifies the shipping address or provides a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and presented to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Next, the buyer chooses the preferred payment method: “Credit Card.” The next step allows the buyer to review all the information, read and accept the terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and then proceed to confirm the order and make the payment by clicking the “Confirm my order and Pay” button. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is definitively formed. Credit card payments are irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the credit card, the buyer may request the cancellation of the payment, and the refunded amount will be credited back. The cardholder’s liability is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to be made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of their card. To obtain a refund for fraudulent charges and any associated bank fees, the cardholder must contest the charge in writing with their bank within 70 days following the transaction, or 120 days if the contract with the bank allows for it. The bank refunds the charged amounts within a maximum period of one month after receiving the cardholder’s written complaint. No fees for the refund will be charged to the cardholder.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, acknowledgment of having fully read and understood them, and waiver of any conflicting purchase conditions. All the provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has provided an email address on their order form, DEÏ will communicate the confirmation of the order by email.

DEÏ retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment, including the principal amount, fees, and taxes, has been received.
According to the provisions of Article L. 221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, physically takes possession of the last ordered product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must notify DEÏ at the contact information provided below of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
