The Founder

Darith Vaissié

With a background in biology and plant physiology specialized
in agri-food during her academic career, Darith Vaissié .
Her studies provided her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to understand the complexities of the food industry
and its relationship with plants and their physiological processes. With her educational background, she has been able to apply
her scientific knowledge to the creation and development of DEÏ, aligning her passion for food and her commitment to providing
the best quality products.
Deï, for me, it’s a true return to my roots: the desire to share
the know-how of my family, the (re)discovery of the many treasures found in Cambodia. Promoting and making these products from my homeland accessible in my host-land
is what motivates me to get up every deï
